Are you ready to boost your mental and physical well-being while connecting with a supportive community? The Riding for Positive Mental Health program is back for 2025, and we’re inviting you to be part of this transformative 12-week journey!

This program, led by Addventageous in collaboration with the BE UNSTOPPABLE FOUNDATION, combines the power of cycling with expert-led mental health education to help you build resilience, emotional strength, and lifelong well-being habits.

Why Join?

The program is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced riders. Each week, you'll experience:

🚴‍♂️ A guided group bike ride (1 hour)🥪 A relaxing morning tea to connect with others🧠 A professional mental health workshop (2 hours)

This unique combination of physical activity, mental health education, and social support will empower you with tools to reduce stress, manage emotions, and build confidence.

Program Details

📅 Program Start Date: Friday, 2 May 2025📍 Location: Sydney Olympic Park & surrounding areas👥 Group Size: 20 participants

Each session follows this structured plan:

  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM → Group Bike Ride 🚲

  • 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM → Morning Tea ☕

  • 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM → Mental Health Workshop 🧠
