The Riding for Positive Mental Health program is a transformative 12-week initiative aimed at the Greater Parramatta community, combining physical activity through cycling with mental health education and support. Delivered by Addventageous and supported by Be Unstoppable Foundation, this program focuses on building resilience emotional control, and enhancing overall well-being.

Key Inclusions

  • Holistic Support: Combining cycling and mental health education to promote resilience and emotional control.

  • Skill Development: Participants learn life-long tools to manage stress, anxiety, and depression while improving their bike riding and mental health management skills.

  • Workshops: Weekly learning workshops that offer practical mental health strategies, relaxation techniques, and personal growth tools.

  • Counselling and Coaching: Professional support from certified counsellors and coaches trained by Be Unstoppable.
